Terms and Conditions as regards Use of its Proprietary Identification Coding System:

Free-ID endevours to guarentee the uniqueness of all codes it issues to all members. Free-id maintains a database of codes associated with individual members, public, private and corporate to be used to identify ownership of said member items of value collectively and not the individual items themselves. Individual items may infact be identifiable with the use of its "Recovery-Reward" labels and an active and current subscription as set forth in the page' "Recovery-Reward" Labels Terms and Conditions.'

Said code system is in fact the property of Free-ID.net and its use by said member is conditional on the member complying with all applicable conditions as set forth in this and other agreements collectively known as the Terms and Conditions.

Free-ID and all successors ad infinitum shall warrent and permit use of said code ad infinitum for its intended purpose within the scope of this agreement. The stated purpose for the use of the code herein issued to its members is for the identification of valuable items belonging to said member.

The codes issued are used by individuals both public and private to determine ownership of items labeled or otherwise marked with said code. Free-ID relies on the truthfulness and honesty of its members in the use of this code and is in no way liable for its use in an unintentioned manner.

Free-ID reserves to right to petition any member not using these codes in conformance with the stated purpose to stop, cease use and remove all references to its code in good faith.

Free-ID does not warrent or guarentee that the use of its products or services on any valuable items will do more than increase the probability that an item will be returned. The return of your valuable is entirely dependent upon the character of the individual finding your valuable. The stated "odds" of a lost item being returned is available publicly through a web search of recovery services.

"Recovery - Reward" labels: The intended purpose of recovery reward labels is the protection of member valuables through the use of a stated reward system to facilitate the return of what would be called mobile assets. A valid "Recovery_ Reward" is one with a current subscription available on this site for $3.95 or less per year for the base package (the individual pricing can be found on the subscription page). A
